Can I get a fixed-fee quote for ER cases?
ER work such as investigations, disciplinary and grievance support is typically charged hourly as the time required varies by case. For straightforward matters we can sometimes provide a fixed-fee estimate after an initial scoping call — get in touch to discuss.
When do I pay?
Fixed-fee project work requires a 50% deposit before work commences, with the balance due on delivery. Hourly work is invoiced monthly in arrears. Retainer fees are invoiced monthly in advance.
What if my project falls outside these prices?
The prices listed are our standard rates. Larger or more complex projects may be scoped individually. We are always happy to provide a bespoke quote — contact us with details of what you need.
Is the free consultation genuinely free?
Yes. The initial 30-minute consultation is completely free and carries no obligation whatsoever. It is simply an opportunity for you to explain what you need and for us to advise you on the right approach.
